What's the Black Friday discount?

All of our styles will be discounted with up to 70% off.

When will the sale end?

We don't have a set date just yet but don't wait around. Styles do move very quickly during this period. 

Will there be dispatch and shipping delays?

Yes there will be. Please be kind to us. We receive thousand of orders during this time and work over time to try and get all of your orders out the door as quickly as possible. During Black Friday we have shipping delays between 10-15 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking details as usual. 

Can I cancel my order?

We typically don't offer refunds on sale items. We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and store credits. 

When I add an item to my cart is it reserved?

No, first in best dressed! We are unfortunately unable to hold stock so be sure to complete the checkout process to secure your order. 

Can I get refunded the price difference if an item is now cheaper than when I bought it?

Sale prices may vary across different styles and colours and may increase or decrease throughout the sale period. Prices on all our style are only valid at the time of purchase. We won't be able to refund any price differences from before or during the sale period. This includes shipping. 

How long will it take for you to get back to my questions?

Black Friday is a super busy period for us, so if you don't hear from us on the same day please don't panic we'll be working around the clock to answer your messages ASAP. Please treat our team with kindness. We are here to do our best for you.
