To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with original packaging and tags in place. Petit Co. will accept the return of items upon presentation of the original receipt within 7 days of purchase, for exchange, store credit or refund. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any of the above.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as Petit Co. cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. Customers must take care of shipping and any duty costs, if they are applied.

Any faults must be reported within 7 days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to arrange a return via post. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. All items must be returned in new condition with the correct packaging and tags in place. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Petit Co. We reserve the right to repair or replace. Petit Co. reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
Unfortunately sale items or sample sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
In order to make a return, customers must first contact Petit Co. by email within 7 days from the date of purchase in order for exchange, store credit or refund. In order to process your return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Date of purchase, original order number, items to be returned, reason for return and your preference of exchange, store credit or refund.
Returns must be sent via Express Post or Registered Post and directed to the address we provide you in email.
CANCELLATIONSOnce an order is placed we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer. Final acceptance of the order is given by Petit Co. and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
