Shipping Information


We aim to ship goods within three business days of receiving your order using Australia Post or Sendle. Please note we ship orders on working days (between Monday to Friday) and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. Any orders placed on Australian National public holidays will be dispatched the following shipping day.

All orders receive full tracking information. You will receive an email at the time of dispatch so that you can track your order. If you have any questions around the delivery of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team at

Preordered Items and Shipping
Please carefully read your order confirmation and our preorder t&c's online. We cannot control when preordered items arrives, however offer our best estimates. Once they do arrive we ship your order immediately. Preorder information can be found here.

We are offering free standard shipping on orders over $110 AUD. Subject to change at our own discretion.

During busy sale periods dispatch of any orders from us can take up to seven business days. Any delays there after, with our post providers are out of our control. The best we can do is track your order with you to ensure your order is delivered and received. We cannot fast track how quickly Australia Post or Sendle deliver orders. 


International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout. Rates will vary depending on your location, however we offer the most economical prices possible through our shipping couriers. Economy, standard and express post options are available. 

Orders over $150 AUD are eligible for Free Standard Shipping with Australia Post unless stated otherwise on our website. 


All prices are displayed before tax. Australian orders incur a 10% GST which will be added on at checkout. International orders are not subject to this charge however your order may incur duties and taxes applied by local customs. Petit Co. does not accept any responsibility for any duty, tax or other import costs on international orders.

It is a legal requirement for Petit Co. to declare the correct value of orders on customs forms for international shipments. We will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information and we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders that may request this of us.
